Academic support firm offering university consultancy, enrollment help, personal statement writing, tutoring, and proofreading needed a site that reassured anxious students and parents with 24/7 support made visible and credible.
What I Built
Services organized by student journey stage (choosing, applying, studying, submitting) rather than alphabetical because parents think: my kid is at step 3, where's help for step 3. 24/7 support signaled with persistent chat button and phone-email combo in header. Testimonials picked specifically for the three real fears (response speed, quality of edits, pricing).
