The Challenge
B2B supplier of garment manufacturing accessories (buttons, zippers, threads, labels) needed a supplier site with catalog and quote flows, not a retail store, because garment factories buy in container loads with specification sheets and sample approvals.
What I Built
Built as a B2B supplier site with no add-to-cart and no retail checkout because a retail flow would insult the container-scale buyer. Product pages lead with specifications, MOQ, and bulk pricing tiers. Separated sample requests from quote requests as its own CTA. Added phone, email, WhatsApp, and office-visit CTAs on every contact touchpoint.
