The Challenge

Portfolio company holding multiple convenience-sector businesses needed a corporate hub that served board-level investors and operational-level visitors, with room for portfolio growth without theme updates.

What I Built

Structured the homepage around three fast-answer questions: what Magpie Nest is, what sectors it plays in, why partners should engage. Built the portfolio as a card-based custom post type so adding a new holding company takes 5 minutes, not a theme update. Short stories about people and places humanize the group without undercutting executive tone.
